These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, access, and use of the Mbira ERP provided by HavenPlus Technologies Ltd.
By registering for and using the ERP system, the client agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Account Responsibility

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

The Client shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

Sharing user accounts without authorization from the Company is prohibited.
3. System Usage

The ERP system shall only be used for lawful business purposes.

Attempt unauthorized access to the system or servers.

Interfere with system security or performance.

Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.

Use the system in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activities.
4. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain ERP modules or services may require subscription payments.

Fees shall be payable according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or subscription plan.

7. Technical Support
